02 Account Deletion Request
You can permanently delete your account and associated data directly in the app: Profile > Settings > Delete Account.
Or send an account deletion request email to support@ballball.vn.

Simply open the "Book Field" section, select your area and preferred time slot. The system will show available fields with their prices. Choose a field and confirm your booking — the details will be sent directly to the field owner.
In the "Find Opponent" section, you can post a challenge for your team, including the time, field (if already booked), and skill level. Other teams can view your post and "Accept the Challenge".
Go to Account Settings and select "Register as a Field Owner Partner". You'll need to provide a photo of your national ID and proof of field ownership for the admin team to review and approve.
BallBall is completely free for players (individuals and teams). We only charge a service fee / commission from Field Owners based on successful bookings made through the app.
