BallBall ("we") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you use the BallBall application ("Platform").

This Policy is established in compliance with applicable Vietnamese law, including the Cybersecurity Law 2018, Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection, and related implementing regulations.

02 Information We Collect

2.1. Information You Provide Directly

• Account information: Phone number, full name, nickname, date of birth, gender, profile photo.
• Football information: Preferred position, skill level, hometown, activity area.
• Team information: Team name, logo, founding date, activity location, members.
• Field information (Field Owners): Field name, address, phone number, payment details, QR code.
• Communication content: Messages within team chats, support feedback.

2.2. Automatically Collected Information

• Device information: Device type, operating system, device identifier.
• Location information: GPS location (when you permit) to display nearby football fields.
• Usage data: Access times, features used, search history, field booking history.
• Activity statistics: Number of matches played, cancellation rate, Fairplay score.

03 How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

• To provide, operate, and improve the Platform's services;
• To process account registrations and verify identity;
• To connect you with suitable teams, players, and football fields;
• To process field bookings and payments;
• To send notifications about match schedules, matchmaking results, and important updates;
• To calculate and display personal statistics and Fairplay scores;
• To detect and prevent fraud and violations of the Terms of Use;
• To provide customer support and resolve disputes;
• To comply with legal requirements.

04 Information Sharing

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

4.1. With Other Users

Your public profile information (name, photo, team, position, skill level, statistics, Fairplay score) will be visible to other users for the purpose of connection and social interaction.

4.2. With Field Owners

When you book a field, your contact information (name, phone number, team name) will be shared with the Field Owner to confirm the reservation.

4.3. With Technical Partners

We may use third-party services (hosting, analytics, push notifications) and share necessary data to operate the Platform.

4.4. As Required by Law

When required by competent state authorities in accordance with Vietnamese law.

05 Data Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

• Encryption of data in transit (SSL/TLS);
• Storage of passwords in hashed form — no plaintext storage;
• System access control based on the principle of least privilege;
• Regular data backups;
• Monitoring and detection of unauthorized access.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

06 Your Rights

Under Vietnamese law, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

• Right of access: Request to view the personal information we hold about you.
• Right to rectification: Update or correct inaccurate information through Account Settings.
• Right to erasure: Request deletion of your account and personal data (except data required to be retained by law).
• Right to data portability: Request a copy of your personal data in a commonly used format.
• Right to withdraw consent: Withdraw consent previously given (which may affect certain features).

07 Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by law.

When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, unless the law requires us to retain it for a longer period.

Data is stored on servers located in Vietnam or in countries with equivalent levels of data protection.

08 Protection of Minors

The Platform is not intended for independent use by children under the age of 16. If you are under 16, you may only use the Platform under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or guardian.

If we discover that we have collected information from a child under 16 without parental consent, we will delete that information as soon as possible.

09 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We may use cookies, analytics SDKs, and similar technologies to collect usage data in order to improve the Platform. You can manage your cookie preferences through your device settings.

10 Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Policy on the Platform and sending you a notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after the Policy has been updated constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
